Proposals for the Lehigh Lane CIPP Pipe Lining project will be received by City of Easley(OWNER) located at P.O. Box 466 / 205 North First Street, Easley, SC 29640 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, 12/19/2024, and then, at said place and time, publicly opened and read aloud.
Composition of work is as follows:
Lehigh Lane CIPP Pipe Lining
The proposed project consists of injection grouting of subterranean voids and using the cure in place pipe (CIPP) lining method to rehabilitate the damaged 24” corrugated metal culvert pipe running under the road located adjacent to 104 Lehigh Ln, for approximately 45 linear feet.

A highly encouraged non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
The City of Easley reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
No proposal may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
For work costing $5,000 or more, the contractor must be qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina General & Mechanical Contracting Act of 2001, Chapter 11 – Title 40, as amended. Where a mechanical subcontract amounts to $5,000 or more, the subcontractor shall be licensed under the same act.
