Reminder from 10/04/24

During this trying time, the City of Easley’s Building Department would like to remind you that structural repairs, including roof replacements, repair, or re-shingling, require Permitting from the City of Easley. 

This enables us to ensure that the contractors are properly licensed and qualified to perform the work. It also allows us to verify that the work completed is code-compliant and done properly to protect the property owner through the inspection process.

Please be aware that there may be some individuals who will misrepresent themselves and prey upon unknowing individuals.
