Proposals for the Longview Terrace Culvert Rehabilitation project will be received by City of Easley(OWNER) located at P.O. Box 466 / 205 North First Street, Easley, SC 29640 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, 12/19/2024, and then, at said place and time, publicly opened and read aloud.
Composition of work is as follows:
Longview Terrace Culvert Rehabilitation
The proposed project consists of replacing a culvert pipe located adjacent to 200 Longview Terrace with a 36” HDPE culvert pipe with flared end sections on each end and installing catch basins (as required). Work will also include stabilizing slopes, installing riprap at each end of the culvert pipe and installing approximately 54 square yards of 3” binder and a 2” surface on the road.

A highly encouraged non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 , at 2:00 PM.
The City of Easley reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
No proposal may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
For work costing $5,000 or more, the contractor must be qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina General & Mechanical Contracting Act of 2001, Chapter 11 – Title 40, as amended. Where a mechanical subcontract amounts to $5,000 or more, the subcontractor shall be licensed under the same act.
