Proposals for the City of Easley Operations & Maintenance Facility Equipment Shelters project will be received by City of Easley(OWNER) located at P.O. Box 466 / 205 North First Street, Easley, SC 29640 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, 12/19/2024, and then, at said place and time, publicly opened and read aloud.
Composition of work is as follows:
City of Easley Operations & Maintenance Facility Equipment Shelters
The proposed project consists of the installation of commercial grade steel equipment shelters in the rear parking lot of the City of Easley Operations & Maintenance Facility located at 801 Pope Field Rd to help keep City owned vehicles and equipment protected.

A highly encouraged non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
The City of Easley reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
No proposal may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
For work costing $5,000 or more, the contractor must be qualified under the provisions of the South Carolina General & Mechanical Contracting Act of 2001, Chapter 11 – Title 40, as amended. Where a mechanical subcontract amounts to $5,000 or more, the subcontractor shall be licensed under the same act.
