We would like to remind you and your families of our policies at the Larry Bagwell Gym. We are here to serve the community, but to do so in the safest possible manner for all that are involved. Please look over the below established policies that are in effect at the Larry Bagwell Gym.

Obtaining a Membership Card:
- Must be 16 years old or older to obtain a card without a parent or guardian.
- Individuals 6 years old to 15 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time the card is made.
- Children 5 and under do not need a membership card, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a membership.
- Proof of Residency (at least one of the following)
- Valid driver’s license, utility bill with name and address, voter registration, etc.
- Individuals 6 years old to 15 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time the card is made.
Fee:
- A $20.00 membership fee is required regardless if you are an in-city or out-of-city resident.
- A $5.00 renewal fee is required each year.
*Please note: A membership card is required to access the walking track, fitness classes or gym. We will not accept driver license, cell phones, keys, wallet, etc. in exchange for access to our amenities.
Supervision in the Gym During Open Gym Time:
- All Larry Bagwell Gym members must leave their card with the front desk staff before using the walking track or entering the gym. Members may pick their card back up from the front desk staff when they choose to leave.
- Must be 16 years or older to come into the gym without a parent or legal guardian.
- Individuals 6 years old to 15 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times while at the gym.
Checking Out Equipment:
- Individuals will be allowed to bring in personal equipment for sport during open gym. No equipment will be available for rental at the front desk.
- Only basketballs or volleyballs will be allowed during open gym.
