We would like to remind you and your families about the policies in place at the Larry Bagwell Gym. These policies are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone in the community. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below.
Monthly Gym Hours and Open Gym Schedule
Please refer to the monthly Larry Bagwell Gym Operating Hours and Special Events Calendar to see when Open Gym is available each month.
Membership Card Requirements
Obtaining a Membership Card:
- Ages 16 and Older: Can obtain a membership card without a parent or guardian.
- Ages 6 to 15: Must have a parent or legal guardian present when obtaining a card.
- Ages 5 and Under: Do not need a membership card but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a membership.
Proof of Residency:
Please provide one of the following:

- Valid driver’s license
- Utility bill with name and address
- Voter registration card
Membership Fees:
- $20.00 membership fee, regardless of residency status.
- $5.00 annual renewal fee.
Important Note: A membership card is required to access the walking track, fitness classes, or gym. Items such as driver’s licenses, cell phones, keys, or wallets will not be accepted in place of a membership card.
Supervision Policies During Open Gym
- All members must scan their membership card at the front desk before using the walking track or entering the gym.
- Ages 16 and Older: May enter the gym without a parent or legal guardian.
- Ages 0 to 15: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a membership at all times while using the walking track or in the gym.
Equipment Use Policies
- Personal sports equipment may be brought into the gym during Open Gym hours.
- The front desk will not provide rental equipment.
- Only basketballs, volleyballs, and pickleball equipment are allowed during Open Gym.
